Payment methods

All purchases will be made via secure online portals through Stripe or PayPal.
Payments methods may include but are not limited to:

  • Credit or Debit Card via Stripe or PayPal portal
  • PayPal
  • PayPal Pay Later
  • Venmo
  • Klarna (or similar pay-as-you-go method)
  • Link by Stripe
Purchases made on this site will reflect a charge from Genuine Dog Gear or Sylvan & Sons, the parent company of Genuine Dog Gear. 
 
International shipments, shipments made to Hawaii or Alaska, or wholesaler orders will receive an separate invoice to pay for shipping separately. During the online store checkout process, sales to these locations will have a note stating shipping will be determined. This shipment cost will be billed in a separate invoice using either PayPal or Stripe. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Payment security

We do not store your credit or debit card information, as we used secure portals for online payment. Our website is hosted on secure servers and is protected by up-to-date security certificates.  

Order Notification

After you place your online order you will receive an automatic reply from our website that includes your order information. If you do not receive an automatic notice, either your e-mail address was entered incorrectly, or your order was not placed. Please contact us if you don’t get an automatic notice.

Shipping Notification

We send a shipping notification on the day we ship your order. If you do not receive this notification by the end of the day following the day you placed your order (or the following Monday) please contact us. It’s possible your order was not completed, or it could be delayed.
